KAFY (Kelvedon and Feering Youth) Club. This will be restarting on Thursday 13th January 2022 from 6.30pm to 8.00pm at the church. It will then run every Thursday evening at the same time, and is aimed at young people aged 11 to 14 (school years 7 to 9).

The Kelvedon Dance Studio have returned to the studio. Classes are held at the URC on several days of the week. For up to date information and timetables, please visit http://www.kelvedondancestudio.co.uk/.


9.15am to 12.00pm: Weekly maintenance of the church building and grounds. If you can lend a hand, please come along – all help welcome! For further information, please contact Trevor Andrews.

10.00am to 12.00pm: Places of Welcome is a community event; a chance for people to meet and talk and be listened to. Tea/coffee and biscuits are available (free of charge), and we would love to see you there. It will be held in the halls to the rear of Kelvedon URC. Places of Welcome is a national initiative.

3.15pm to 3.55pm: Stretch & Glow is a chair-based exercise class suitable for all ages, designed to exercise your whole body. It aims to ease stiff joints, improve the posture, relieve tension and re-invigorate you. Everyone is welcome to come and join us; if in doubt, please check with your GP. 4.20pm onwards: Various ballet classes throughout the evening for children, students and adults.

7.50pm to 8.40pm: FitSteps is a unique exercise dance class that mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom with the up-tempo steps of Latin dance to create an extremely fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit. The varying degrees of intensity and complexity offered during classes makes FitSteps suitable and achievable for everyone, no matter what age, gender, fitness level or previous experience.


4.20pm onwards: Various ballet classes throughout the evening for children, students and adults.


10.30am: Little Lambs. Held during school term times in the church followed by tea and coffee in the halls. All babies and toddlers welcome – bring an adult with you!

2.00pm: Thursday Fellowship. This is held on the 4th Thursday of each month at the Village Cafe for tea, cake and fellowship. Please contact us for more details. Currently suspended.

7.30pm: Prayer Group. Held at the URC on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month.

7.30pm: Bible Study. Held at the URC on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.


8.30am: Bigger Breakfast. This normally takes place on a monthly basis at either Kelvedon URC, the Kelvedon Parish Church or the Kelvedon Catholic Church. Our meetings will resume once the current restrictions are lifted and we can safely meet together again.

9.00am onwards: Various modern, tap and jazz classes throughout the day.


10.30am: Sunday morning worship. In-person worship at the URC has now resumed.
