1st Monday of each Month: Colne Valley Primary Care are running a Cancer Support Group from 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Are you seeking a supportive community to share experiences, gain strength and find comfort? Our Cancer Support Group provides a safe and welcome space for all those affected by Cancer, whether you are newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment or in remission. This group is open to everyone on their cancer journey. We meet on the 1st Monday of every month from 1pm to 3pm at Kelvedon United Reformed Church. No booking required, just turn up.
10.30am: Prayer/House Group to be held in the rooms at the back of the Church.
6.00pm onwards: P.H.A.D. Various dance classes throughout the evening for children, students and adults.
Tuesday
9.15am to 12.00pm: Weekly maintenance of the church building and grounds. If you can lend a hand, please come along - all help welcome! For further information, please contact Trevor Andrews on 01376 571978.
10.00am to 12.00pm: Place of Welcome. Please come along for a friendly chat over tea, coffee and biscuits. It will be held in the halls to the rear of Kelvedon URC, and will continue throughout the year.
Tuesday Lunches: 12:00 - 2:00pm: On the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month starting on Tuesday 7th October Our Warm Welcome Hub Space Tuesday Lunches will begin again for the Winter season when we will be offering Soup, a Roll and a Dessert. Lunches served from 12:30. Please contact Lea Finch to book your place
2.30pm to 3.15pm: Stretch & Glow is a chair-based exercise class suitable for all ages, designed to exercise your whole body. It aims to ease stiff joints, improve the posture, relieve tension and re-invigorate you. Everyone is welcome to come and join us; if in doubt, please check with your GP.
